I updated my steam deck which also updated the BIOS to 119 which doesn’t allow for overclocking or anything like that, so I rolled back to the 116 BIOS, I was able to change the TDP/overclock settings in Smokeless, but the APU doesn’t seem to draw more than 15W, and yes I’m using Powertools to change the TDP, everything was working fine until I updated. Mostly what I want to do is increase the TDP to 18W, and this current update is not allowing it for whatever reason. Does anybody have a solution for this?
I am experiencing the same issue i already tried reinstalling power tools.
Hope someone finds a fix
Perhaps there is a beta of powertools that will resolve the problem?
how did you get the BIOS to downgrade?
I have Windows 10 installed on a micro sd card which I booted into and flashed the bios through there. There is a video on Youtube that explains the process. Here it is

What are you using to measure the TDP and what are you using to put it under load? What are the temps under load?
Any updates on this? I just want to Increase the TDP and the GPU/CPU overclock on my oled model. The smokeless uma tool i downloaded doesnt show the amd options in it.
I don’t think there is anything out for the OLED yet, you will have to wait for someone to unlock the BIOS
