Nope…not normal

After zooming in and looking at it more closely, that thin gap mentioned appears to be INSIDE the device itself and is only visible because you got a semi-transparent shell. I mean that’s one of the downsides to getting anything that’s transparent. You’re going to see how some spots are asymmetrically designed or how the plastic isn’t molded perfectly in some areas. Anything mass produced and built to a specific price point is always going to have varying tolerances.
