I posted several threads in the subreddit during this past year while figuring out how to go about my first PC modding attempt. This case is for my next build, set to be completed in January, and I wanted to shape the case so that it would bear signs of my own efforts, instead of just having a stock one sitting on my desk.

    I did the following:

    • Replaced the front panel with a different pattern plexiglass piece from ColdZero and repainted it green
    • Repainted the front bezel and rear legs white
    • repainted the top filter green
    • Repainted the frame of the bottom filter white
    • Repainted rear expansion slot covers green and their bolts white

Thanks to everyone who helped with hings on paints and painting.

Why would you choke the intake?

I know Arctic P fans can pull well, but you still need space between fan and mesh, and enough perforation in the mesh for the system to breathe.

The colours work well, though I feel like the front green is a bit much. It needs something to break the solid wall monotony. I believe larger holes would help here.

Maybe it’ll be better when the system is finished.
