Can anyone help me understand this? Between May to Oct I’ve lost 12 lbs (138 to 126) but it appears my resting energy is going up. Doesn’t BMR go down as you lose weight? I mean I’m not complaining lol, but I’m just wondering how accurate this is.

Have you updated weight in your Health App? Maybe its inaccurate since it might still be reading data but assuming your old weight?
Otherwise could just take time to calibrate. Or maybe the way the estimate is done won’t reflect in your body readings for a few more days until weight stabilizes.
