Model MSI Sword 15 a12ue. After adjusting the screen, the display shut off meanwhile the laptop is still running and I hear sounds. I try shutting it down and turning it back on but the display is still not working. I opened the back of the laptop and unplugged the battery and plugged it back in but still nothing. I tried the same with the RAM sticks but still nothing. There is no chip that is hot or processor that is overheating. And there is a MS1581 EDP Cable 40pin cable for connecting the motherboard to the display which for as far as I can see doesn’t have any damage. The image is how it looks like when I turned it on. I hear the sound that it is turned on but I see no response on the screen. Any solutions?
Try external monitor. If display not showing in the external monitor also then it should be a RAM issue… Coz Mine having the same … You have to replace your RAM stick.
The display is showing on the external monitor. So I’m thinking is either the graphics card or some loose cable.
