I’m talking barebones. Tetris. Picross-like. Something that requires very little thought and is addictive.

For background, the reason I’m asking is because I recently read that researchers found that participants in a study on traumatic events saw that people who played tetris during their recovery had less traumatic response/activation over time? I’m currently going through a pretty traumatic time in life and am just looking for games that activate my lizard brain to forget about the hard times for a little while. Thanks in advance.

Powerwash Simulator dude. It’s almost like a reverse coloring book. You start off with a map or object completely covered in grime and take your time cleaning it in small sections. Some of the levels are truly incredible, like the skate park, treehouse, and paint ball arena. I like to put on some chill music, lay back, relax and start washing. They just added some Back to the future DLC which is gonna be awesome 😎👍
