Mildly interesting to see your 3.6.5 cmdline doesn’t have tsc=directsync anymore. Guess because of the new kernel. I updated from 3.4.11 and it is still in there.
If interested, take a look at https://github.com/cyring/CoreFreq Running this on all my other servers/devices has always gotten me far better geekbench scores… but it was stuck at boot with the suggested command options
