That looks like pressure damage to the screen. Have you put it into a bag or the case where something may have been putting pressure on the screen?

It’s image retention due to the last fast flickering digit from Trackmania. It will go away after a bit of time. IF you know how to install openplanet, there is a plugin (HUD picker) where you can disable the last digit and then this doesn’t happen.

Yeah many LCDs straight up cannot handle the old fashioned 1hz flicker from NES games etc. It fucks em up for 5-10 mins. The switch screen is one of them.

I have an LG monitor that is soooo bad for pixel inversion / image retention I personally can’t play any game with a millisecond digit on an on-screen timer, Sonic games like Generations and Adventure 2 are some examples. I had to mod the sprite sheets in paint.net to remove the timer sprites lmao

I can’t even play L4D2 because the muzzle flash causes it to the entire middle of my monitor :O

(27UK650 if anyone is wondering, and its an issue that worsens with monitor age. It also has the worst temporary image retention on any screen ice ever seen, it literally takes seconds to form minor burn-in.)
