Hey all, i have the S23 and ive been waiting for someone to compare android 13 vs 14 performance and battery life.

Anyone found a review/performance/battery tests?

I dont want to upgrade as my samsung m51 got ruined after upgrade. Lots of bugs and worse battery.

    After using Samsung flags phones for more than 10 years, I have never ever, not even once, experience any notable performance upgrades or differences AFTER an OS upgrade. Android 13 and 14 same thing. Many of the things that google fanboys gush about are features that I had been using on Samsung phones for years. I can’t even get myself to be excited about any new Android OS updates anymore.

    Looking at the list of changes, I think the only one that may actually be interesting to a Samsung user would be the better share menu. Almost everything else has been in Samsung phones for donkey years.

    Once again, features that were considered “bloat” and “extra” on Samsung phones are now becoming standard, and from dissing Samsung, the Android fanboys are now excited about Android 14. Happened for the last 5 OS updates, will happen again in the future.

    Don’t get excited over any “upgrades” for the flagships, and just get them when they come. Your phone will just continue to work like it did. Any improvement is typically very negligible.
