So I turned on the steam deck to a screen that shows 5 options, but I couldn’t use any of the controls. I found another Reddit post that was supposed to fix it, it took me two bias but still none of the controls worked, I was also able to get into boot manager but still none of the controls worked. I also tried resetting and pressing the power button many times but it would always open with the 5 choice menu, could I get any help?

    It’s not a bios, it’s a boot menu.

    Your update is broken and you’ll need to boot from the previous version.

    Plug a keyboard into your steam deck somehow and select the second option with the arrow keys and enter key.

    Hello,

    If you’re still experiencing this problem, try holding down the QAM “(…)” + VOL- buttons down for ~10s, or until you hear the beep-boop. This will reset the controller boards and the power contract.

    Select the “previous x” option and you should be able to reboot. Double check you’re on the stable branch in Steam > Settings > System.
