Please help. A friend of mine I’m pretty sure is having a psychotic break, and believes this is happening to her. In addition to what I mentioned in the title, she believes this guy can see all of her texts, her notes app, even have access to her phone’s camera likely at all times, and definitely when she’s using it. Also, that he can hear everything that is said near the phone regardless of it being in use or not. I urged her to see a psychiatrist, but she refused. So we struck a deal. She would see a psychiatrist, if I did everything I could to find out if this can actually be happening to her. Google mostly gave me ads, so I’m turning to Reddit for help. I specifically would like to know if:
- Is any of the above even possible? If so, what program specifically?
- Is there a way to detect if her phone has been tracked in any capacity?
- Would she have any recourse if this is real? ANY advice, guidance, or links are greatly appreciated.
