Not too many spoilers it looks like he’s just walking around. But if you don’t want to watch any of it he has his settings timestamped so you can skip directly to that
There’s a trick that I can tell you has also helped my BG3 experience, so because its so cpu heavy, set a manual clock speed. That way more power can hit the CPU portion without the GPU occasionally trying to take over. I’ve found it gives me a far more stable 30 across the board on each act that way after fsr 2 and the current 3.5 update
