so, I got my s10 today and after the first start it’s crappy, buggy and slow af… how do I fix it to be faster? which settings should I change etc?

Why I flash. Too many OTA upgrades without a fresh start.
Every time I haven’t, I’ve regretted it.
I only buy older phones. Current phone is a Note 10 plus with a minorly cracked screen.
I always reflash the system using Odin when I get a “new” phone. Smooths things out.

You could wipe it clean using the bootloader and do a factory reset.
Probably a dumb question but have you ran all the updates for it.
Is it slow after a factory reset? Which phone are you comparing the s10 with?
