So miraculously, after accidentally dumping a glass of water on my steam deck, panicking, unscrewing the case and disconnecting the battery, waiting a week for it to dry, spraying it down with 99% isopropyl alcohol, and reconnecting the battery, my steam deck seems to be fine. Fan turns on, sound works, all the button and stick inputs seem to work, trackpads also seem fine. My profile and games are still there. I’m trying to think what else I should check to make sure everything works. Have I missed anything that I should check?

Everything you did sounds good. Check gyros, touch sensors on thumb sticks, microphone, headphones, haptic feedback. Maybe play some Aperture Desk Job?
