Is there a reason that I have the option to active or disable the quick charge? Does it help on something?

    In case you or anyone reading this are not using it, another option that will increase the battery life is the “protect battery” that limits charging to 85%. That last 15% puts a higher wear on the battery than the first 85%.

    Immediately below the quick charge setting.

    Settings > Battery and Device Care > battery > more battery settings
