I bought a Galaxy Note 8 that shows normal screen only on full brightness, if you set lower brightness the screen starts bugging and nothing can be seen, dumb me forgot that if i factory reset the phone it will reset the brightness also so now i cant set up my phone cause i cant see anything. My question is if i buy USB C to HDMI and connect the phone to a monitor will it display the set up screen so that i can set it up or i have to set up the phone first then it will display the screen?
