I have an hp laptop, and around 4 months ago, I upgraded my ram and SSD (M.2). As my laptop only has a single slot for both the ram and the ssd, I had to replace both. Everything was working fine until a week ago. Whenever I slightly move the laptop,(like picking it up from the desk) it crashes and becomes unresponsive. The screen would go black and none of the keyboard buttons would work as I press the mute, caps lock and the keyboard backlight buttons do nothing. Therefore, it’s not a loose display cable nor a graphics card issue ( I assume?) One time after it crashed, I got an error message stating that no storage device is detected. Therefore, I assumed that my ssd connection was loose or something so I opened the laptop up yesterday to check it out.It looked intact, However, I still disconnected and reconnected it . After booting my laptop, I got an error message stating the CMOS checksum error. However, when I restarted my laptop it worked again. I have attached a picture of how the error usually looks. What may be the issue?
