The glass that covers the back camera on my brand new iPhone 13 crack today while sitting in my pocket. The lens of the camera is fine, this is only the glass cover.
I tried looking up videos to repair this, but every iPhone 13 repair video I found shows a different glass cover. They all have a solid piece of glass that covers the entire back side of the phone with cut outs for the lenses and separate glass where each lens sits. My phone doesn’t have this, It’s a solid glass piece which you can see in the photo.
Does anyone know where I can buy these parts and have tips and how to fix this myself?
This is a standard iPhone 13.
Your phone isn’t brand new (Or Verizon installed the cover themselves without telling you, which very unlikely)
If you paid for a brand new phone, you got some questions to ask them.
I gotta think a sales person selling a $20 camera protector to an oblivious customer is a more likely scenario than the phone being used.
