I ordered an s23 plus and a galaxy watch 6 directly via the Samsung website. the package was delivered today but contain a power bank and not the items I ordered.

The invoice shows that it should have contained the products I ordered and it had a slip for the trade in return I booked.

It looks like I’ve been scammed at the warehouse stage since the outer packaging looked to be in tact with seals when I opened it first. Either way something very wrong here

I have contacted Samsung by phone and they have requested images which I have sent via email.

What are my options from here? Have people has this happen before?

find out online or from the post office what was the weight of the box vs what’s the weight of combined weight of S23 plus with Galaxy watch 6. That should be one of your evidence. Samsung support a joke outsourced full of scammers and thieves but hopefully someone will help you out.

I’ve ordered multiple phone thru Samsung for my business, and this NEVER happened to us. Weird.

It has happened with Apple phones.

What is usually the resolution? Do I just end up paying for a phone and watch that I never get? Or will Samsung send another?

Just to be sure… did you by chance use reward points to purchase the power bank? I used points to purchase accessories and they shipped separately. Was a bit confused, but the phone arrived later.
