13900k, Getting 31k score on Cinebench R23

I been getting 38k score on cinebench, overtime i started getting 34-36k, now i got 31k… What can i do to improve?

    do you mean:
    PL1 Power Limit (Static)
    PL2 Power Limit (Static) ? if so, it says 4,095W
