Seems like a lot of hassle to get it done but in case I decide to go for it, it’s great to have such a detailed guide.
On a side note, have you got any similar guide on how to get emulation set up? Maybe DM me on that? Whenever I’ve tried to emulate I get very nervous especially about where to download roms from.
This is awesome! How does it run. FPS wise? Always wondered how it would run on these handhelds but most videos I’ve found are in the starting zone .

Jokes aside, I’m very interested in the same thing. I was thinking I could do transmog runs and world quests with this thing. I’m struggling a bit to think that doing PvP on a rogue would be doable with a Steamdeck but you’ve got me intrigued.

Transmog runs and quests are way more fun handheld.
Rogue pvp is challenging. The stealth action bar switching is a struggle.
It can be done tho. I think I got my rogue to ~1700 in SS during S1 while on handheld.
