This has happened a few times on my laptop. When it happens, I can often make it go away by either removing the power cable, or inserting the power cable. It happens sometimes while plugged in, and sometimes while NOT plugged in. When it’s on the screen like that, it often slows the computer down. I’m not sure if it’s having trouble computing things or if it’s a delayed response from the input from my keyboard/mouse at the time. Anyone seen this before?

Do they go away when you press along the bottom/top edges of the screen? Could be the video cable connection.
