Honestly, I doubt you’ll find anybody willing to buy a 60000 - 100000 Yen device for a complete stranger on the internet.

But I would recommend you look at services that let you register an address in a country and forward parcels to your home country. Then order a Deck from Komodo to that address and have it shipped to Singapore.

I have not used such a service for Japan (because I live here - and no, I won’t order for you or any stranger, sorry), but I’ve used similar services for ordering from the US and they work well. You will need a method of payment that works in Japan - not sure if Komodo accepts foreign credit cards - but that problem may be solvable using Paypal or such).
