I can’t order it in my country, so I was thinking about ordering from the US and sending it to my country via proxy service. I was wondering if anyone tried this and can share their experience. thank you

This is possible, but Valve has blacklisted the addresses of many parcel forwarding services. So you may have to try for a while until you find one that works.
Also don’t use a free VPN, Valve can often detect those. Rather, use a free trial for a premium VPN. And don’t use a valuable Steam account.
