My laptop’s battery capacity suddenly decreased by 3000 mah in one hour. it’s a new laptop and I was using it at 18% then suddenly it became 6% I opened the battery report and it showed a 3000 mah drop in that minute only. why did this happen?

Issue is with the battery. Do a full charge and see, if it is rapidly droping. Then probably get it replaced as you may still have warranty.
