I was about to prepare for the deckhd mod & I heard that the bios had to be changed before installing the screen. So I just got word that my screen was in ny so i decided to get a jump on things & the second I flashed the bios it booted into a black screen. Hopefully after installing the screen it’ll miraculously fix but lmk any advice you have. Btw I already cleared cmos & no dice
Idk the status of your warranty, but regardless I’d get with Valve support first. You putting in all that effort for something that may not work and if you do have to send it back to Valve I’m pretty sure it’d have to have the original parts.
