Why is this happening and how can I fix it? It’s really weird that it’s happening. It started happening when I got my laptop back and am very confused. Has this happened to anybody else? The new keyboard didn’t come with the backlight lights, so it has 2 two things instead of three things on the back of it. So I am confused. Did the tech shop do something to the laptop?
