I do not. I put it on the charger before I shower and then while I dry my hair and by the time I’m ready to go to bed I pop it back on.

I put it on the charger while I’m in the shower.

I mistakenly washed mine with other clothes in the laundry.It came out nice and clean.

Mine only comes off to go on the charger or if I’m doing something where it may end up smashed. Ocean, hot tub, shower , rain, snow it still works as it did the day I bought it.

I used to do it but now I’m afraid it will break lol.

I’ve been showering with my Apple watches for years (sounds dirty, it’s not 🙃). Series 2, 6 and 7. Never had any problems with them.

I’ve also been swimming with them several times. It even has a swimming activity in the workouts app, so it should be fine as long as your watch isn’t damaged.

I did the same for years, until my S6 must have finally had moisture intrude into the power button.

Know what that does? It calls 911 - repeatedly.

I thought it dried out days later, charged it back up, and still wanted to call 911.

I now wear a S8 and won’t shower with it.

Have been showering with my Apple Watch 5 for 3.5 years now. Just make sure to mostly get water on the Apple Watch and it will be fine.

I rinse my watch under the sink (with or without the bands) and then wipe it dry with my bath towel. Am I doing it wrong?

I’ve bathed (shower/bath), swam in pools and the ocean, soaked in a hot tub, gardened, covered in mud, got various chemicals, etc on my launch day SS AW S7 and it looks and functions like brand new after two years.
