I have this really annoying issue where when i shut down my phone for a long period of time, and start it back up again, every notification that was sent to the phone from the time it was shut down to when it was started up again spams one after the other super fast. It can sometimes last up to 5 minutes of constant notification sounds and me not being able to use the phone. How do I fix this

Turn off power saving. Those apps are put to sleep to save battery.
I never turn my phone off unless I reboot to clear a glitch.
By long period of time, what are we talking, a week, a month, 6 months?
