I have an S23 Ultra. How do I get phone calls to open in the background? Like, if I have a GPS app running, I don’t want the Phone app to open over the GPS. I have had phones in the past able to do this. Just not sure if and how qith this one.

Phone app > 3 dots > settings > call display while using apps > mini pop up
Is what i use, then its easy to just drag it away to hide, and it doesnt interupt your gps or whatever
