I know, another Elite 2 post about the read paddles. Sorry, but I’ve only been able to find old, conflicting info thus far. So, I have an Elite 2 controller. I want to love it. I really do. It feels amazing and has some features I really like. But I want rumble AND the back paddles (mapped to keystrokes, not just other controller buttons), AND for it to not drop connection constantly. I’m greedy, I know. On PC, I can get all this when the controller is wired. For the Deck, to get rumble and decent connection, I got the wireless dongle. Installed xone, controller reads. But now back paddles don’t work (not shown on Steam at all). Tried reverting firmware as everyone has suggested, back paddles still do not work. I haven’t tested this with just bluetooth yet (bypassing the dongle and xone), but I understand that if I were to do that, then I’d need to disable rumble in order to get decent connectivity. Is that about right? Has anyone gotten the back paddles to work with the dongle, on the Deck? If so, how?

I connect wirelessly and yeah I have to turn rumble off. It’s a bummer. I love everything else about the controller though.
