What can I do with an Intel Xeon 6th Gen Granite Rapids ES

found this in a e-recycle bin in a sealed vacuum pack in my office. After some research I figured its an Engineering Sample from Intel for the Xeon 6th gen Granite Rapids.What can I do with it?
