I got this HP Victus, when I connect it to an external monitor via its type C port, it is not being charged. However when I connect my Dell Latitude to the same monitor also via type C, it can be charged. Is there any setting I need to change on the Victus?

Victus is a gaming laptop, yes? Probably the charging hub on the monitor isn’t able to output enough wattage to be able to find a compatible setting with the laptop.
Possibly incompatible variations on the USB Power Delivery standard?
