I’m seriously considering switching from my Google Pixel to the new iPhone, but I have one major concern: do iPhones not have front-facing cameras? I’ve noticed that almost every selfie I see on Instagram is taken using a mirror in someone’s room or bathroom, and I’m starting to worry that I won’t be able to take selfies anymore if I switch to an iPhone.

Is this just a weird coincidence, or is there something I’m missing? Do iPhones really not have front-facing cameras? If not, why do so many people seem to be using mirrors to take selfies?

Listen, iPhones don’t have front-facing cameras. Don’t listen to the other comments suggesting that. The reason behind that is, Apple’s target group are professionals, or people with business backgrounds. People who usually get dressed in the morning and take a good look in the mirror, so they know what they look like. Therefore, and to save cost, the selfie cam was never introduced to iphone series phones. Hope this helps, feel free to reach out if you have any further questions!
