I contacted steam support and they never answered, my status updated to packaged afterwards and I contacted again to at least know when mine will ship out and still no response

My friend and I bought our LEs at the same time and he got his already. But he lives on west coast and I live on East. But I don’t mind waiting. Waited for 10 months for the launch edition, a couple more weeks wouldn’t kill me.
