I contacted steam support and they never answered, my status updated to packaged afterwards and I contacted again to at least know when mine will ship out and still no response

Anyone else having issues with steam support? A day after I ordered it was stuck in , “Payment Processed” I sent a request about it and they didn’t answer, but a couple mins later it said it was packaged, a couple hours later I at least expected it to be picked up but it’s still Packaged and after emailing them again they still didn’t say anything and nothing has changed…I ordered on the 20th btw and this is my first deck so I’m a little impatient rn
