Hello! Basic question. Would a stable 40fps now be possible with the slightly improved RAM configurations at Low Settings+FSR? Would the graphical downgrade be worth the extra 10fps (should I keep medium settings 30fps)?

    Probably, but definitely not in Strawberry though, the best you can get there is 30 fps stable, with the ram upgrade of course.
