Log says that the original cpaacity is 45 000 mWh while the current one is just 34 710 mWh. Also I there has been 1687 battery cycles. I am unsure how quickly it changed the capacity as I had to reinstall Windows few days ago but it slightly concerns me. My laptop model is Lenovo ideapad l340 15irh with the original battery.

Nah. That’s pretty good for that amount if time. Assuming it’s not an HP or some weirdo brand, battery replacement is pretty easy (and, relatively speaking, inexpensive, less than a hundred to do it yourself, usually, assuming you don’t fuck up). HP consumer grade are occasionally hard to open.

But losing only 10k mWh is pretty good. Worked on one that has lost 50k in 3 years. That was pretty bad.
