Personally, the Deck has made me a Steam player more than a PC player, if that makes sense.
While the Deck is one of my favourite ways of gaming, I do still play both my PS5 and Xbox quite a bit for the better performance on the big screen in some games. I’m just not really interested in buying/building and administering a PC for my living room TV, which is where I want to play. I want a plug and play system that works well with a controller. I want the Deck experience with better graphics.
If Valve ever decides to get back into that particular game with a new round of Steam Boxes I might jump on that, but
