A few days ago, I had a problem with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ (was trying to unlock the bootloader) and I accidentally resetted it without backing up the 2FA codes. Now I can’t get into my Samsung account in order to restore my backup anymore. Any solutions?
same issue ,I updated my password and may have enabled 2 fa authentication .now when I login they are sending sms to a number that I had 2 years ago in a different country. I threw that sim away.contacyed samsung support in chat and they asked personal details ,now they say last name and date of birth I gave is wrong
