I’m trying to burn CDs from my steam deck ive tried brasero and k3b but when I open them it shows me the files and I can do anything but look at whats downloaded can anyone help?

    what are you trying to burn on these CDs? Are you trying to make audio CDs? or data CDs? Honestly I’m not sure if it even matters because I’ve never burned optical media on linux before but I *do* know there is a difference between burning audio and burning data accessible to an operating system.

    CDs in 2023 lmao, what. In a time of dirt cheap flash drives, why would you possible ever need to burn anything on a CD?? Just the hassle of hooking up an external drive for burning, you might as well just plug in a flash drive, I don’t get it!

    Are you saying that k3b can’t see anything but the system download folder when you try to burn a CD?
