When I go to claim the rewards, I’m told my serial doesn’t match. I owned a 512 GB LCD and just upgraded to the Limited Edition OLED. Any help would be appreciated!

    Did you try claiming OLED rewards before or after a SSD swap with your LCD SSD(if you did one)?

    I’m out of the loop, what are the rewards? I googled it and one of the sites said it was backgrounds but that doesn’t seem right.

    Having the same issue. I’ve put in a support ticket, but haven’t gotten a response yet.
