Didn’t have the original deck, but I did have the ROG ally. While I’m very happy with the performance with the ally, it was wildly uncomfortable to hold. I’ve found that the steam deck has a much better feel in my hands!

Nice! Same here, just got it today, downloading the Witcher 3 right now since I never got around to playing it!

My primary use case for a Deck is very similar!

I have a gaming PC, but because I spend a good chunk of my chill time with my cat curled up with me on my bed, I don’t get to use it as much as I’d like. A Deck seems like it’d fix that. I’ll be playing some games on the Deck natively too of course but there are several games I’ll be streaming from the PC.

Will have to see how well that works out in practice when it arrives next week.

I find that it’s the first portable device that is comfortable with my large hands. I know its size is a common complaint, but I hope they don’t shrink it in the future.

I find it almost as comfortable as holding a standard Xbox controller. If not for the weight of it I thinks it’s an amazing, comfortable device.
