After about 2 years of waiting to get one, I finally got my Steam Deck today (OLED LE). I took it out of the box, put it on the charger, istalled a bunch of games. After a few hours I finally got to play. I played maybe one round of Rocket League and then I put it to sleep. When I tried to wake it from sleep it would not turn back on.

Things I’ve tried:

-Holding the power button for various amounts of time

-Holding the power+volume buttons in various configurations

-Leaving on the charger for over an hour

-Tried multiple different chargers

I get no response, no charging LED, nothing. It did turn on once after being on the charger, and it showed the battery level was “NaN%”. I restarted to see if that would reset, but I haven’t gotten it to turn back on since.

At this point I’m guessing I’ll have to RMA, I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions while I wait for Steam support to get back to me (probably after the holiday). I thought about opening it and disconnecting/reconnect the battery, but didn’t really want to do that unless the support team suggested it.
