Probably worth just ordering a new one and it will come quicker than your old order.

Same thing with me. Ordered 21 minutes after release still stuck on packaged items. Tried to contact Valve support for an update, opened the ticket on Monday still no response

Iam from Germany and i ordered like 18 mins after launch, there was still 3 to 5, still stuck on tracking link was created on tuesday but didnt moved since that. Opened a support ticket yesterday to ask where it is. No answer

We are still within the 5 business days therefore i don’t see the problem.
