Hi, first time Steam deck user, just received my 512gb oled today and it doesn’t seem to be charging.

There is no led next to the type c charger port, I’ve tried using the provided power plug and my own USB type plug and cable that I know works but still nothing, no light and won’t turn on.

Is this dead on arrival or am I missing something simple, what can I do?
