Hey all, I’ve been looking through older reddit posts to try and find some settings that provide some stability with No Mans Sky gameplay. No matter what recommended settings I’m trying to duplicate, the best I can get is 40fps with frequent dips into the mid 20’s when moving rapidly. Has anyone managed to achieve a more stable fps count ? I’m happy with occasional small dips but frequent dips of 15fps or more make it extremely frustrating to play. Any help would be really appreciated.
I get 60 fps, but it’s not solid. It jumps down in the 50’s often and at times drops lower, but for like a second at a time. Forget how much combat knocks it down, but not that bad.
Display & Graphics:
Fullscreen mode
1280x800
Resolution scaling: 100%
V-sync: Triple Buffering
Max FPS: 60
Everything is set at Standard Quality except Base Complexity is Enhanced.
Anisotrophic Filtering: 1

Cheers for this, think I’m gonna have to just turn off the fps counter and accept it for what it is.
