As anyone tested if the Jsaux Transparent Backplate with their metal plate and all works on the Oled Model? I messaged them but they weren’t able to awnser me.Reason i’m asking is because i MUCH prefer their back buttons over anything else out there in the market and hope i can do an easy swap when my oled arrives.
How could it make it worse ? Yeah it doesn’t have the thermal pads the componements had that was helping dissipate heat on the heatshield on the LCD , but the heatpipe (on the oled) is pretty much on the heatshield , and worse come to worse , i just remove the thermal pad on the backplate. I’m just trying to think how it could be worse? Any link to that claim or just heard of someone that heard it somewhere ?
I’ll have to find the video but people were claiming that their ssd’s and a couple other components were a good bit hotter. Airflow in computer systems are designed in a very specific fashion and changing that could lead to other components being starved of air.
