Hi mates,

I just bought a Galaxy S23 Ultra in graphite. The back plate of the phone appears to have a thin semi-clear film on the back of the phone. Not sure though.

Is there a film? It’s hard to tell.

If there is a film, are you supposed to peel it off?

    Did you order from Samsung? Just wondering if it took more than 5 weeks for delivery

            I did, they copy and pasted what’s on the website “Samsung.com exclusive colours need special production. Please allow up to 5-6 weeks for delivery”. Canada is just slower…unless you’re in Canada too then I’m not sure anymore.

          I ordered a red exclusive color one and am on week 2 of waiting. Also in Canada. Between the sale and trade in value boost I don’t mind waiting a bit but damn
