I’m just curious if it’s because there was a particular app or a workflow that motivated you to get a MacBook? Or just the Apple ecosystem?
Genuinely just curious.

Initially, almost 20 years ago when they went with Intel and my Windows Vista laptop that super speced still ran like a one legged dog. But then for the iTunes Store, the ability to sync my iPod seemlessly, the far superior build quality and one the best features that I could actually use it on my lap as intended without worrying about blocking the fan vents on a PC laptop. When I got sick and my wife and I had to sell 4 Mac’s and 2 iPhone because we needed the money and go PC and Android I came back for the iTunes Store (yes I still buy music), the ability to use it as a laptop, the build quality and the free Apple Works Suite and Garage Band ( I’m a guitar player).
